OpenVPS
An OpenVPS provides a complete Linux operating environment with administrative (root) privileges and no limit on the number of user accounts, mailboxes or websites. There are hundreds of packages already pre-installed including popular languages and database servers providing a powerful hosting and development environment. Note that pre-installed packages do not count against your space, so out-of-the-box you receive a fully functional server with no space used.
OpenVPS Pricing - Pay Less and Get More!
OpenHosting uses a Utility Pricing Model, where you only pay for the resources you use. The Utility Rates are applied to per-minute averages measuring Disk, Bandwidth, Memory and CPU and you are billed for the accumulated charges monthly. You can discount your rates by committing to a minimal monthly amount. The minimal commit amount is $19.95.
The OpenVPS set up fee for all commit levels is $15.

Note that in the above table memory and CPU are not limits, they are just amounts that if exceeded will bring the price over the corresponding commit rate.
